SimplyRCS pricing works the way it should: the software is free, no per-seat license, no feature tiers, and you pay for the messages you send, the numbers you keep, and a flat $250/month for your verified RCS Agent, which includes the app, API, bots, inbox, analytics, and support. Our US messaging rates run well below the big CPaaS providers, and every price is published below, not hidden behind a sales call.
The unavoidable carrier and regulatory costs, carrier surcharges, TCR campaign registration, and Aegis sender vetting, are passed through at cost and shown as separate line items. We never mark them up. That means the price you model is the price you pay, and you can compare us line-for-line against Twilio, Sinch, or Infobip without decoding a quote. Send & receive rates
Roughly half the published list rates of the big CPaaS platforms, and RCS rich messages cost the same as plain text. Same rate inbound and outbound, every US channel, automatic SMS/MMS fallback at the same rates.

Sending identities
Pick the sending identity that fits. RCS Sender IDs are $250/mo plus a $250 install, carrier vetting and activation (Aegis $200/yr + T-Mobile $500) are listed under RCS sender fees below. Call forwarding is billed at $0.01/min.

What does the $250/month RCS Agent fee cover?
Everything: the app, the API, bots, inbox, analytics, and human support. There is no separate platform or software fee.
What am I charged when an RCS message falls back to SMS?
Fallback is automatic and billed at the same published SMS/MMS rates, no penalty, no separate fallback fee.
What are carrier surcharges and registry fees?
Per-message fees the carriers charge for business traffic, and registration fees set by The Campaign Registry. Every provider pays them; we pass them through at cost on their own lines.
Will taxes apply?
Messaging is a telecom service, so federal USF, state and local communications taxes, and E911 can apply. We estimate them up front and reconcile exact amounts on your invoice.
