Enterprise integration services for verified RCS.
Adopting RCS isn’t a channel decision — it’s an integration problem. We bring the expertise to wire verified, branded RCS into the infrastructure you already run, and to engineer the identity, consent, reliability, and carrier-verification work that makes it production-grade.
You already operate a CDP, a CRM, a contact center, a consent system, and an SMS/push stack. The question is not whether RCS is richer than SMS — it is — but how a new conversational surface plugs into your identity graph and systems of record without becoming another silo or a new compliance liability.
That is engineering, not enablement. SimplyRCS is built to be that partner — a professional-services offering grounded in Signalmash’s carrier-grade network: roughly a billion messages and calls a month, direct Tier-1 carrier connections, SOC 2 Type II, and in-house Google and carrier verification. We take on the hard parts; your team keeps shipping.
Events in, verified RCS out, results written back.
The same architecture underpins every engagement; only the systems and flows change. Identity, consent, and audit are first-class, not afterthoughts.
Webhooks & REST, normalized to a canonical event model. Idempotency keys, ordering, replay, dead-letter.
MSISDN ↔ customer record. Dedup, household disambiguation, resolution against your identity graph.
Opt-in/opt-out as a cross-channel invariant. STOP/HELP enforced at the edge, written back, fully audited.
RCS-first with deterministic SMS/MMS fallback. Conversation state reconciled to your system of record.
The hard problems a real integration has to solve.
The parts that separate a production integration from a webhook and a hope — and where our expertise lives.
Identity resolution
An inbound MSISDN is not a customer. We resolve it to the right record in your identity graph — dedup, household disambiguation, and reconciliation with your CDP/CRM keys — so every reply lands on the correct profile.
Consent as a cross-channel invariant
Opt-out can’t be a per-channel toggle. A STOP on RCS suppresses SMS and push, propagates to your consent system of record, and is enforced at the edge with a full TCPA-grade audit trail. This is the gating requirement in regulated verticals — we treat it as one.
Bidirectional reliability
Outbound is trivial; the reply/confirm/reschedule updating your system of record is not. We engineer idempotency, ordering, partial-failure handling, retries, and dead-lettering so write-backs are exactly-once in effect — no double-bookings, no lost confirmations.
Deterministic fallback + honest observability
RCS reach is carrier-, region-, and device-dependent. We guarantee RCS→SMS/MMS fallback with unified identity and tracking, and report delivery as it actually happened — “delivered as RCS vs. fell back, per carrier” — not a vanity “sent.”
Session economics & state
RCS bills per 24-hour conversation, which rewards multi-turn, agentic flows but demands conversation state that reconciles with your CRM. We manage that state and the cost model so multi-turn flows stay economical and consistent.
Verification & the carrier path
Brand and agent verification, per-carrier launch approval, GSMA/MaaP, and 10DLC for fallback are a multi-party, multi-week, opaque process. We run it for you on direct Tier-1 carrier connections — removing the approval risk and timeline your team doesn’t want to own.
Assess. Architect. Build & verify. Operate.
How we engage, with deliverables at every phase — scoped to your environment and reviewed with your platform and security teams.
Assess
A technical discovery of your stack: event sources, identity model, consent architecture, systems of record, throughput, and compliance constraints. Output: an integration map and a delivery plan.
Architect
A reference architecture for your environment — ingestion contracts, identity resolution strategy, consent enforcement, orchestration and fallback policy, and write-back design — reviewed with your platform and security teams.
Build & verify
We implement the connectors and run brand/agent verification, per-carrier launch, and 10DLC registration in parallel — then validate end-to-end against your environment before a single production message sends.
Operate
Production monitoring, delivery and consent observability, SLAs, and ongoing optimization. We own the connection and the carrier relationship; you own the customer.
Connect at the depth your team wants.
