A self-described CPaaS reformer, Noah founded Signalmash to fix what is broken in business messaging: opaque pricing, checkbox support, and technology that serves vendors before customers. A business transformation leader and humane-technology advocate, he leads the company from the Portland, Oregon area.
What Noah works on
As co-founder and CEO, Noah sets what SimplyRCS will and will not do. That is mostly a series of refusals: no feature tiers, no setup or change fees, no marked-up carrier rates, and no support queue that ends in a form. He came to it from inside CPaaS, where the standard playbook is to price messaging as a black box and treat support as a cost centre, and built the company around the opposite bet, that a messaging provider which is legible to its customers wins the ones who stay.
One tier, everything included
SimplyRCS has no feature ladder. RCS, SMS, MMS, short code, toll-free, 10DLC, and WhatsApp are on one platform at one tier, with $0 setup and $0 change fees, so a growing programme never hits a paywall in the middle of a campaign.
Carrier rates passed through at cost
Carrier and Google RBM fees appear on their own lines at cost and are never marked up. Noah holds that line because pricing is the claim the company asks people to trust it on first, and the one that is easiest to quietly erode.
The United States, deliberately only
SimplyRCS serves US businesses and no others, on direct connections to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. Staying inside one regulatory market is what makes carrier approvals and compliance something the team can actually own end to end rather than broker.
Show the product before the pitch
The interactive simulator on the homepage runs the same rendering as live campaigns, so a prospect can operate the product before speaking to anyone. Noah treats that as the honest version of a demo: what you try is what you get.

What Noah reviews
SimplyRCS content is written and reviewed in-house by the same people who run carrier approvals, deliverability, and support, because most of what we publish is operational knowledge rather than research. Noah is the reviewer for RCS, CPaaS, and pricing. Pages that are maintained collectively are published under SimplyRCS rather than a personal byline, and a personal name appears only on work that person actually did. Our editorial standards set out how topics are chosen, how statistics are sourced and labelled, and how corrections are handled.
